WHAT WE ACHIEVED:

The Regenerative Futures 2026 programme was structured around three guiding questions that framed the entire convening:

1. How does nature regenerate?

  • This theme explored the ecological science behind living systems, including soil restoration, biodiversity, water cycles and grassland regeneration.
  • The goal was to build a shared language of regeneration grounded in science and systems thinking.

2. How do we organise regenerative farms and enterprises?

  • This theme focused on the practical structure of regenerative farms managing multiple enterprises across livestock, crops and value-added systems.
  • It explored how farms remain coherent, profitable and resilient while managing complexity.
  • The goal was clarity on how regenerative farms function day to day.

3. How do we lead and finance a regenerative transition at scale?

  • This theme brought together investors, DFIs, philanthropies and policymakers to define what it means to fund regenerative agriculture.
  • It explored blended finance, catalytic capital, training investment and long-term ecosystem funding models.
  • The goal was to unlock structured, scalable investment into regenerative systems.

“Regeneration is not about returning to what was, but creating the conditions for what can be.”
